Hi,
I'am trying to create a new client with an `access_token_strategy` set to "jwt". To do this I wanted to patch my existing client using this PATCH query :

But this returns an error 500 : "The error is unrecognizable"

looking at logs I found this :

```replace operation does not apply: doc is missing path: access_token_strategy: missing value```

When I deploy the Hydra pod with `--set 'hydra.config.strategies.access_token=jwt'` it works : My access tokens are JWTs, but for all client-ids.
I cannot succeed in applying this jwt format just for one client.
