hello! I have a question about `List Identities` when i use the `credentials_identifier` option it is approximatly 300-500ms slower than using without it (showing multiple identities). Is it possible to get increased performance in on your side when just querying one identity?

As an alternative to only query by credentials identifier is to fetch all identities and map the identifies that way, but then I havea question: in the API documentation it is specified that you can pass the parameters `per_page`and `page (default 1)` and that this number is `&gt;= 1`  , bu when i query for page = 1 then i ger an empty array, but when i query with page = 0 then i get the expected result!

Also it is specified:
```This value is currently an integer, but it is not sequential. The value is not the page number, but a reference. The next page can be any number and some numbers might return an empty list.

For example, page 2 might not follow after page 1. And even if page 3 and 5 exist, but page 4 might not exist.```
So if i want to fetch ALL identities, when do i know which page to stop fetching (since there might be missing pages in the middle of a sequence)?
