Was something released that could break OTP? We suddently started getting 500 and no clients can login.

we didn't have any release so this seems to be coming from Ory

instead of valid JSON we started getting the above appended into the response, i.e as string

it seems if we parse it and just remove the error login works, so this feels like a regression?
