Ory Community

Okay, so i self hosted Ory Kratos and i want to have a user with a gmail address(eg <mailto:user@gmail.com|user@gmail.com>) who has logged in with an email+password to be able to auto link to a google sign in when the user clicks on "sign in with Google" (<mailto:user@gmail.com|user@gmail.com> uses a password to login initially, but when they click on sign in with google, it will link their account to a gmail sign in method too).

Resolved. Thanks

Hello <@U0A036D5DRA>
can you please post your solution for others that might have the same issue?

So I'm using a custom UI(vuejs) and it was just a break in the flow. I wasn't checking the identity for a user first before doing a sign up. (By default, Kratos will redirect to provide your password so you link your social login when your email is already an identity and you try to make a social login)
