Hello, thank you for building the fantastic `dockertest` package!
I noticed that several recent issues are related to the Docker engine API client. I would be happy to help with a rewrite to use the official client at <https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/moby/moby/client>. Is this something the project would be interested in exploring?

yes that would be interesting for dockertest v4.
At the moment there is kind of a feature freeze, but next year that could be a possible improvement.

Would you open to <https://github.com/ory/dockertest/issues/new/choose|create a design document> outlining the concrete changes and some more details on your plan? Then I will bring it up with the maintainers early next year and we can plan a bit more.

Primarily we want to ensure that the work aligns with the idea of dockertest - maybe just a highlevwl description of api changes would be helpful. ideally, dockertest external apis dont change and we just change the client/internal implementation
