Edit: I resolved the issue by bypassing Oathkeeper for the websockets. It is only used for development so it wasn't worth bothering. I made a custom redirect on the proxy before Oathkeeper that directly forwards the route used for HMR to the development server instead of Oathkeeper. Has anyone used Oathkeeper to proxy websockets? React HMR uses websockets and I need to proxy them for my development
