<@U011D3UQKNY> I wanted to know if @ory/client javascript sdk is compatible with self hosted instance of ory kratos, ory keto too ? I am getting conflicted information from kapa and the docs. The docs says to use respective sdk and kapa says that we can use @ory/client sdk and I guess there is a comment on a github issue too about the sdk being compatible but the docs are not updated to reflect the change

TLDR: It should work. From what I've used, it does.

the ory clients are basically axios/fetch wrappers of the endpoints of the APIs. You can use them with self-hosted. from what i've used (Kratos, Hydra, Keto and Oathkeeper) most of the endpoints work and all should. One note about Keto: use PATCH to delete tuples instead of the DELETE endpoint - it is unstable

As Alexander says it should work but it's not guaranteed; you should use the respective SDK when selfhosting
