[ory network] Hi, I have changed the Branding -> Email templates -> verification template but it does not have any effect on the automatic email being sent out after a user has completed registration.

If there is no way to customize this email, is there a way from stop it being sent in the first place?

hm you can definitely customize the verification email.

I assume you already configured a SMTP?

Maybe there is an error in the template?
&gt; Missing entries or unexpected values can cause errors in the template rendering process. If the system encounters errors in the rendering process, Ory Identities uses the default templates.

Seems like the template must have been wrong. I reset the template and made some minor changes and now it works.
