Hi team! I’m exploring contributing OAuth 2.0 Token Exchange (RFC 8693) support to Hydra. Before I write a design doc, I wanted to ask the right venue and whether this is in scope for OSS Hydra or more likely an OEL feature. Context: we use Polis for enterprise IdP federation and want to consolidate on Hydra; RFC 8693 is our main gap. Happy to do the work — just want to align on direction first. Thanks!
