We investigated the problem further and the issue has been ongoing for several days now - all new users since the 15th are missing from the Ory Database. A quick response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Do you have a registration flow id we can investigate? Are the users missing from User Management only or from the admin api as well if you query for the identity from there?

If I try to go over the login flow with the user email, i get an error, so i think they are missing from everywhere. Ill register another user and give an id momentarily

Since the user has an identity and session ID, the identity associated with them has already been created on Ory. Could you explain the issue a bit more? Are you unable to view the created user from the console, or are you unable to log in with the created user?

I cannot login with the created user, as soon as i try, i get an error. And when I try to look up the user in the User Management in our account, its not there

Would it ok if I create a test account and try logging in?

So I tried it out with several from the test accounts, some of them work and some don't. It's really strange. And all of them are not available in the User Management
