Is there a place to ask a security question on Hydra?

The repo should have instructions on how to proceed with any Security findings or questions.

For general questions <https://github.com/ory/hydra/discussions|github.com/ory/hydra/discussions> is good - or here - and for security disclosure/findings please see <https://www.ory.com/.well-known/security.txt|ory.com/.well-known/security.txt> - or check the repo README/SECURITY.md as Jeff said :slightly_smiling_face:
