Hi, I'm trying out the `hydra-login-consent-node` app but when I click `Authorize application` I get a Bad gateway error, have I done something wrong or do you guys have issues on your side?

I think you guys have some issues on your side, when I visit `OAuth2 -&gt; clients` in Ory console the page is blank.
